Day 5: Off to a New Place

Goodbye Budapest! Today was a great way to end a wonderful stay in Budapest (despite the weather!). After the storm last night, today was a bit more clear and perfect for sight seeing. We went to see the Parliament building one of the biggest in the world. After that we walked along the river to the Chain Bridge. After traveling to so many different countries in the past the architecture and culture in Europe still amazes me. There is such beauty and intricacy in each monument, something I don’t get to see everyday in the US. I was also fortunate to see a memorial site to those who lost there lives during the Holocaust…it was a beautiful tribute to beautiful people that lost their lives to such terror.

Stay tuned for my next stop!! Xoxo
